2. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was mistakenly removed or disabled as a result of a DMCA takedown notice, you may send us a counter-notification to dispute the claim. Your counter-notification must include the following information:

• Your physical or electronic signature.

• Identification of the content that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location where the content appeared before it was removed or disabled.

• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may reinstate the removed content in compliance with the DMCA unless the original copyright owner files a court action seeking an injunction against the alleged infringer.

3. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users or account holders who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We reserve the right to terminate users who violate this policy at our sole discretion.

4. Good Faith Statement
